Features
Four-row cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and impact loads, but cannot withstand axial forces. They have high machining accuracy and are suitable for high-speed operation. Since the inner ring has no ribs, the inner and outer ring components can be installed separately.
This type of bearing facilitates frequent replacement of various types of rolls and can be used in various cold and hot rolling mills. Due to its advantages of large radial bearing capacity, high rotation accuracy, and convenient installation and disassembly, it is the first choice for various types of rolling mill roll bearings.
After the inner ring is pressed into the roll diameter, the inner ring raceway surface and the roller surface can be ground at the same time, which is beneficial to improve the rolling precision, and the installation clearance of the bearing can be adjusted freely.
FC: double outer ring, single inner ring, inner ring without ribs
FCD: double outer ring, double inner ring, inner ring without ribs
FCDP: double outer ring, the outer ring has only one middle rib but a flat rib, double inner ring, the inner ring has no rib.
Applications
This type of bearing is mainly used on work rolls or backup rolls of cold and hot rolling mills, blanking machines and other machines, and can also be used in other equipment.

Bearings with radial clearance larger or smaller than the standard value can also be produced according to user requirements.

The four-row cylindrical roller bearing mainly adopts the car-made brass cage, and the car-made solid strut cage should be used for the larger size.
