Hydraulic nut product introduction
The hydraulic nut is an advanced bolt fastening system, which works on the same principle as the hydraulic tensioner, and is mainly used for fastener assembly in narrow Spaces and fastening of heavy load vibration machinery. It has reformed the traditional fastening method, using a hydraulic system to make the bolted through a pure axial stretch, accurately reach the predetermined load, and then mechanically locked on the fastener, so as to complete the fastening work. Since the screw is only subject to pure tensile force, the pretension force of the bolt pair can be increased by 20%-30%.
