Features

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and impact loads, but cannot withstand axial forces. They have high machining accuracy and are suitable for high-speed operation. Since the inner ring has no ribs, the inner and outer ring components can be installed separately.
This type of bearing facilitates frequent replacement of various types of rolls and can be used in various cold and hot rolling mills. After the inner ring is pressed into the roll diameter, the inner ring raceway surface and the roller surface can be ground at the same time, which is beneficial to improve the rolling precision, and the installation clearance of the bearing can be adjusted freely.

FCD: double outer ring, double inner ring, inner ring without ribs
