Deep groove ball bearings are composed of four basic parts, including inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and cage. The single row radial deep groove ball bearing has a simple structure, no separation of the inner and outer rings, and is easy to use. Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to bear radial loads, and can also bear a certain amount of axial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the properties of a radial thrust bearing and can bear a large axial load. This type of bearing can limit the axial movement in two directions. According to the size of the clearance, the inner and outer rings are allowed to be inclined relative to each other by 8′~16.

In addition, since the friction torque of deep groove ball bearings is smaller than that of other types of bearings, they are more suitable for high-speed operating conditions.
