Advance testing equipment
Direct Reading Spectrometer
Accurately recommend the chemical composition of materials and eliminate the use of substandard materials.
Electron Optics Microscope
Detect carbide banding, network, liquid precipitation, and inclusions in raw materials. Annealing, quenching structure, etc. to ensure that the material structure is qualified.
UT Detector
Inspection of internal defects such as inclusions in materials (inclusions are foreign impurities during steel smelting, which can cause microcracks and become fatigue sources)
CMM
Probe contact measurement, capable of detecting the size, shape, position, runout, and other accuracy of various complex mechanical parts
Length Measuring Machine
Mainly used for measuring length, diameter, etc; Verification of sample rings, templates, rolling body samples, etc
