The outer ring of the special bearing for the mill conforms to the structure size of the previous bearing bush. The mill bearing has two structures, namely, the inner ring without ribs (feed end bearing) and the inner ring with single rib and flat retaining ring (discharge end) fixed. The end bearing is the discharge end, and the sliding end bearing is at the feed end, which solves the problem of thermal expansion and contraction caused by the mill during production. The outer ring of the bearing has three central holes (locating holes), and each hole has a 3-G2/1 oiling hole. The mill bearing is tempered twice at high temperature, and the bearing will not deform in the range of -40 degrees to 200 degrees.
2. Compared with bearing grinding, bearing grinding has six advantages
1. The rolling friction of the mill bearing has changed from the past sliding friction to the current rolling friction, the running resistance is small, and the starting resistance is obviously reduced, which can save electric energy.
2. The running resistance is small, the frictional heat is reduced, and the special steel and unique heat treatment process are used in the bearing processing, so the original cooling device is cancelled and a lot of cooling water is saved.
3. Change the original thin oil lubrication to a small amount of grease and lubricating oil, which can save a lot of thin oil. For large mills, the lubricating device of the hollow shaft is cancelled to avoid the problem of burning tiles.
4. Improve the operation efficiency, save the maintenance cost, reduce the maintenance time, and the two sets of bearings can be used for 5-10 years.
5. The starting resistance is small, which greatly prolongs the service life of equipment such as motors and reducers.
6. This bearing has the functions of positioning, centering, axial expansion, etc., which fully meet the production and working conditions of the mill.
3. Reconstruction of mill bearing: divided into two types, one is split bearing, which divides the inner ring of the bearing into two parts. The other is to install an expansion coupling sleeve between the inner ring of the bearing and the hollow shaft to fix the bearing and prevent the bearing from moving. In this way, the hollow shaft of the mill does not need to be processed, and the bearing mill can be successfully retrofitted with less downtime. The bearing life is the same as that of the original bearing mill. Reduce and lower costs in replacement and use for customers.
