Technical characteristics
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common concave spherical raceway, the inner ring has two concave raceways that are inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, the curvature center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center. Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning, not affected by shaft and bearing box misalignment or shaft deformation deflection, can compensate for the resulting concentricity error. In addition to bearing radial load, this type of bearing can also withstand two-way axial load and its combined load, the bearing capacity is larger, and at the same time has a better anti-vibration, impact resistance.
Spherical roller bearings can be sealed design, bearing both sides with contact seals. The seal ring adopts oil-resistant and wear-resistant rubber.
Spherical roller bearings have 2, standard (N), 3, 4 and 5 groups of internal clearance, tapered hole spherical roller bearings with 3 groups of clearance for the standard clearance. For greater or less than the standard value of clearance bearings can also be produced according to user requirements.
Vibrating machinery bearings need to use a larger radial clearance, 3, 4 groups or in 3 to 4 between the non-standard clearance.
