Z1 type locking assembles
The use of a tight sleeve has the following advantages:
1. The use of expansion sleeves allows the equipment to simplify parts manufacturing.
Because after the use of the expansion sleeve, the shaft and the hole do not need to process the keyway, the round shaft and the round hole can be used directly, which can reduce the processing and design time.
2. Easy to install and disassemble.
There is no need for heating, cooling or pressurizing equipment when installing the expansion sleeve, only need to tighten the bolts according to the required torque, and has good interchangeability.
3. Use the expansion sleeve for free alignment,
With the expansion sleeve, the axial and radial position of the hub can be easily adjusted while assembling, so there is no need to specify key and hub alignment at the design stage.
4. The expansion sleeve has long service life, high strength, reliable connection and no loosening.
The expansion sleeve relies on friction transmission, there is no keyway to weaken the connected parts, there is no relative movement, and there will be no wear in the work. Therefore, it is suitable for the occasions of repeated positive and reverse rotation.
5. When the expansion sleeve is overloaded, it will lose the connection function, which can protect the equipment from damage.
6. The expansion sleeve connection can withstand multiple loads, and according to the installation load size, multiple expansion sleeves can also be used in series.
