Z4 type locking assembles

Short Description:

The Z4 expansion sleeve is composed of an open double-cone inner ring with different taper, an open double-cone outer ring with different taper and two double-cone compression rings, which are locked with hexagonal bolts. Compared with the Z2, the combination surface is long and the centering accuracy is high, which is used for the occasions where the rotation accuracy is higher and the load is larger.

The difference between Z4 and Z3 expansion sleeve
The Z4 expansion sleeve is larger than the Z3 expansion sleeve, and the load capacity is stronger.
1. The Z4 expansion sleeve has long service life and high strength, and the expansion sleeve relies on friction transmission, which has no keyway weakening and no relative movement for the connected parts, and will not produce wear in the work.
2. The inner and outer cone rings of the Z3 expansion sleeve are tightened with hex bolts, which can transfer a large load, and one cone ring has a disassembling thread hole.
